Individual Entrepreneur Ekaterina Melikhova, a small entrepreneur established and operating under the legislation of Georgia (Identification Number: 322946684, Legal Address: Georgia, Ambrolauri District, Khvanchkara Administrative Unit, Block N001, Plot N047, Settlement, Date of Birth: December 23, 1990, Passport Number: 76 8264041 issued by the Russian Federation), hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider, is committed to protecting consumer rights in accordance with the "Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights."
This Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is an integral part of the Service Agreement and applies in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website. 3. Right to Withdraw
3.1 In case if the Parties sign the Contract/Agreement, withdrawal from the contract/agreement shall be performed on the basis of the conditions stipulated by the relevant contract/agreement, however in case of distance agreement, users have the right to withdraw from a Distance Contract within 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, without providing a reason.
3.2 In distance service contracts, the 14-day period begins on the date the contract is concluded.
3.3 To exercise the right to withdraw, the User must notify the Service Provider in writing using the provided withdrawal form or any other express method of communication.
3.4 The Service Provider must acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal notification in a durable medium without undue delay.
3.5 If the User withdraws from the contract, all payments will be refunded within 14 calendar days of receiving the withdrawal notification, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
